In order to ensure that the equipments and materials are supplied as per projects requairements with the emphasis on the timings, the folowing main activities are performed by PDSCO Procurement team in general :
- Establishment of the purchasing, expediting and inspection procedures in compliance with project requirements,
- Review of the proposed vendor lists to verify the compliance with projects requirements,
- Monitoring order placements, expediting implementations, material status reportings, quality control plans, key suppliers inspection and shop testings,
equipment data books production, transport contractors selection process and shipping and procurement quality records availability.
